Join Megan of Seasoned Cook for an evening making Japanese dumplings. Together we'll chop and season vegetable fillings, pleat, and cook gyoza, and pair it with a flavorful dipping sauce.

This class will focus on hand formed shapes, made with a dough containing just Semola flour and water.
Sous Vide Meal Prep with Chelsea Cole
In this class, we’ll learn Chelsea’s method for incorporating sous vide cooking into their meal prepping routines so you’ll never find yourself wondering, “What can I possibly make for dinner tonight?” again.
You’ll learn some of Chelsea’s process of buying in bulk, doing a little prep work, freezing, sous viding, and finishing.

What to expect:
An intro and overview of sous vide cooking, including how to use the machine
Learn the ins and outs of the different equipment you'll need (and what you don't!)
How sous vide can be folded into (and simplify!) your meal prepping routine
Some hands-on cooking time
Plenty of sampling, plus recipes to take home

About our Instructor
Chelsea Cole is the author of Everyday Sous Vide: It's All French to Me and Sous Vide Meal Prep. A former marketing director turned full time food blogger, she started her blog A Duck’s Oven as a college student hoping to encourage other students to branch outside of pizza and boxed mac and cheese.

Learn the different constitutional types from Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, and Greek Temperments, gain tips on eating for your constitution, and understand the best foods to eat each season.

Join Luca as he walks us through his go-to pie dough and shares all the tips needed to make delicious savory tarts and pies.
Cookie Decorating Workshop
Join pastry chef and Cookshop owner, Meredith Mortensen, for an afternoon decorating sugar cookies! We’ll make a basic batch of dough, learn how to make royal icing, roll, cut and bake cookies. You’ll learn several techniques for decorating, including piping and painting, and get plenty of time to decorate.
What to expect:
Sugar cookie dough demo, plus hands-on icing making.
Each participant will roll and shape cookies, plus have plenty of time to decorate.
Tea and sparkling water provided, wine available for purchase.
Class is intended for adults, but fully vaccinated kids 12 and up are welcome to join.
Plenty of sampling, and students will go home with a box of their creations and all recipes.
