Learn how to make gnocchi with pasta guru, Leta Norton! We’ll share all the tips and tricks for making your own delicious and impressive pasta at home!

This second class in our pasta series will cover sheeted pasta shapes, including one filled pasta and one shaped pasta. We will make a filling for either ravioli or tortellini, and a shape a second shape like farfalle or garganelli. Class will include a dough demonstration and sauce pairing recipes.
