There’s a whole lot of uncertainty in the world right now, let’s get together and celebrate the good stuff! Join us for a group run/walk around Portland followed by some yoga, coffee and snacks. This will be the first in our second Saturday series held as a collaboration with GoodnessPDX and The Wellness Movement for All, a new project from Willie McBride!
What to expect:
Run is a casual route of 3-6 miles, starting at the shop.
Yoga class led by will start after the run (10:30ish).
