Cookshop + Goodness Run & Movement Morning

There’s a whole lot of uncertainty in the world right now, let’s get together and celebrate the good stuff! Join us for a group run/walk around Portland followed by yoga-inspired movement/stretching, coffee and snacks. This will be the first in our second Saturday series held as a collaboration with The Wellness Movement for All and Goodness, a new business and brand from Willie McBride!

What to expect:

•Run/walk route is between 3-6 miles, leaving from the shop at ~9:30

•No-Mat Yoga/Stretching led by Linnea Solveig starts ~10:30 (when run/walk groups return)

•Coffee provided by Good Coffee

•Baked goods and snacks provided by Cookshop.

•First come/first serve post-movement table massage provided by Karrie Silva of Aloha Therapeutics.

All paces and abilities welcome!

Space is limited, please register each person participating $10 fee covers everything above!

Willie McBride is founder/director of The Wellness Movement For All (co-founder of Wy’east Wolfpack) in Portland, Oregon as well as an accomplished outdoor athlete/adventurer, coach, writer, and guide. He’s been fortunate to climb mountains and run and hike trails around the world, having many powerful and life-changing experiences along the way. His greatest passion of all though is sharing his love of movement and exploration with others, and trying to help people of all abilities live well and feel better in both mind and body.
