There’s a whole lot of uncertainty in the world right now, let’s get together and celebrate the good stuff! Join us for a group run/walk around Portland followed by yoga-inspired movement/stretching, coffee and snacks. This will be the first in our second Saturday series held as a collaboration with The Wellness Movement for All and Goodness, a new business and brand from Willie McBride!
What to expect:
•Run/walk route is between 3-6 miles, leaving from the shop at ~9:30
•No-Mat Yoga/Stretching led by Linnea Solveig starts ~10:30 (when run/walk groups return)
•Coffee provided by Good Coffee
•Baked goods and snacks provided by Cookshop.
•First come/first serve post-movement table massage provided by Karrie Silva of Aloha Therapeutics.
All paces and abilities welcome!
