It’s a pastry class, in French! Join us for an afternoon of learning how to make one delicious sweet treat with Chef Erica. Erica trained at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, and is so excited to teach this class fully in french!
Pastry project for this class: Pâte à Choux!
What to expect:
This class is intended for folks that are fluent (or nearly fluent) in french. Any teens who went to french immersion schools (through 8th grade), native french speakers, or those wishing to practice their college level french are welcome!
Instruction including demo and hands-on time mixing, baking, and finishing pastry
Each student will sample and take home their own creations
All recipes shared in class, and emailed after class.
Sparkling water and tea provided, wine & beer available for purchase.
Recipes will include flour, sugar, eggs and likely dairy. Please contact us prior to signing up if you aren’t sure if it will be a good fit.
Class is intended for adults and teens age 14 and up.
