You’ll learn how to make pâte sucrée, the French workhorse of tart doughs, a super versatile crème pâtissière, with assembly and presentation tips for the most showstopper results. We’ll also talk about some of our favorite local varieties and farms to source berries, and share some tips for how to maximize strawberries at their peak and throughout the year.
