Join us as we explore compelling techniques or styles of cooking in an interactive dinner party format. These one-time classes will be part demonstration, part hands-on, and end with a communal meal at our long farm table.

Roast chicken with rosemary lemon potatoes and salsa verde
Sautéed greens with garlic
Chocolate pots de creme with whipped cream
What to expect:
You’ll learn basic cooking techniques, and the class will include some demo plus hands-on cooking time.
Recipes will include poultry, dairy, and alliums. Please contact us BEFORE registering if you are unsure if this class will be a good match for your dietary needs.
Students will sit down to a communal dinner at the end of class to enjoy all of their hard work!
Class includes a welcome glass of wine or kombucha. Additional wine, beer and kombucha available for purchase during class.
