Our discussion will focus on the following topics:
The impact of stress on the autonomic nervous, digestive, muscular, and fascial systems.
Why it so hard to manage both chronic stress and train injury free over the long term.
How to incorporate quick and effective mindfulness & intentional movement into our training to reactivate our body's natural instinct to find balance and calm.
The workshop will conclude with a few small exercises you can do before or after any workout.
