Late Winter Feast with Corey Pressman
Join us for a night of slowing down, learning new skills, and eating good food. Exact menu to will be posted soon, but expect a bright salad, late winter vegetables, roasted meat, and a warm baked dessert. We’ll cook together, then sit down to enjoy the meal with wine and conversation.
What to expect:
Class will include all instruction, tools, recipes and ingredients.
Each student will enjoy light nibbles, sparkling water, and a welcome glass of wine or beer (additional beverages are available for purchase).
There will be some demo, and lots of time for hands-on cooking and making.

About our instructor:
In addition to teaching cooking classes at Cookshop, Corey Pressman is a writer, anthropologist and imagination professional with over 20 years experience providing clarity and creativity to clients and partners of all kinds. As Principal at Intangible, Corey generates, manages and works on projects with large corporations, universities and startups to create the conditions for them to be creative.
