Plant-Based Bites: Appetizers and Snacky Things
Join Chef Cassie Larson as she teaches us to make a variety of plant-based gluten free bites, including crunchy crackers and addictive dips. You'll learn to make delicious, healthy appetizers that are elevated enough to serve at a cocktail or dinner party and great to have on hand for an everyday snack. Lauren will guide us through variations on the recipes so you can make them your own. Everything we make will be no fuss and they won't have a long ingredient list - they're bound to become new go-to staple recipes for your repertoire!
What to expect:
Class will include all instruction, tools, recipes and ingredients.
There will be some demo, and lots of time for hands-on work.
Sampling, taking home leftovers of what you make, electronic recipes provided
This class is gluten free and vegan. Nuts and honey will be used in the recipes.

Cassie is a plant-based chef educator and nutritionist. She has a Masters of Science in nutrition from the National University of Natural Medicine and teaches people about the incredible benefits of eating more plants. She loves giving her students the confidence and skills to cook food that heals, nourishes and tastes incredible. She’s convinced plants are the magic we all need more of in our lives.
