Gluten Free and Vegan Baking, 3/11/23
Join Chef Fabi for a morning filled with baked goods that everyone can enjoy, no matter what your allergy may be! She will be teaching us how to make delicious treats including, gluten free and vegan Wild Blueberry Bread and Apple Cinnamon Muffins. These are great for a delicious and healthy breakfast or snack! She will also guide us through using gluten free flours, baking tips and tricks, and the best places to buy all of your vegan and gluten free ingredients.
What to expect:
Class will include all instruction, tools, recipes and ingredients.
There will be some demo, and lots of time for hands-on work.
Sampling as we bake, plus recipes to take home.
Each student will take home samples of what they bake.
CLASS DATE: Saturday, March 11th, 10 am - 12 noon
About our Instructor:
Fabiola Donnelly is a cooking instructor, author, photographer, and recipe developer. She shares many of these passions on Not Just Baked; a cooking, baking, healthy food, and lifestyle website. Born into a food passionate family in Mexico that had originated from Spain, Fabiola’s Latin and Spanish roots are reflected in many of her dishes.
