Cast Iron Cooking: Sunday Brunch!

$84.00

Join us for a Sunday brunch class where the rich flavors of cast iron cooking take center stage! Join us for a hands-on experience that combines the joy of brunch with the artistry of cast iron mastery. In this class, you'll learn the secrets of seasoning and maintaining cast iron cookware while crafting a delectable brunch spread. Chef Luca will guide you through several recipes, and Julie Wilson, of Department of Work, will share tips and tricks to elevate your cast iron culinary skills.

Julie will also be collecting any cast iron in need of reseasoning. If you have a pan, dutch oven, or other piece of cast iron that could use some sprucing up, please bring it along and Julie will determine if her services are needed!

What to expect:

  • Class will include all instruction, tools, recipes, and ingredients.

  • Together we will cook (and eat) 1 sweet dish (think dutch baby), 1 savory dish, and 1 baked item, all utilizing different cast iron pans.

  • Beer and wine will be available for purchase.

  • Recipes may include wheat, dairy, eggs and pork. Please reach out before registering if you have any dietary restrictions.

  • Class is suitable for all levels of experience.
