Join barre3 Portland for a 45 minute signature class followed by an empanada class with Chef Fabi at Cookshop!

Meet at barre3 Portland’s Southeast studio for a 45 minute class combining strength, cardio and mindfulness. After class, walk to Cookshop for an empanada class. Chef Fabi will walk you through all the steps of these delicious savory pies. We’ll cover dough, 2 fillings, and some sauces to enjoy with your finished product.

What to expect:

  • Class is a package, with all students starting at barre3 and ending at Cookshop.

  • Barre3 is an efficient and effective workout combining strength, cardio and mindfulness, we love barre3 because their philosophy of modifications allows all fitness levels to feel successful.

  • Welcome glass of wine, beer or water kefir and a few light nibbles upon arrival at Cookshop.

  • Class will include some demo and some hands-on instruction.

  • Students will make a light meal including beef and vegetarian options, and sit down together at the end to eat their creations.

  • Additional wine and beer available for purchase.

About our Instructor:

Fabiola Donnelly is a cooking instructor, author, photographer, and recipe developer. She shares many of these passions on Not Just Baked; a cooking, baking, healthy food, and lifestyle website. Born into a food passionate family in Mexico that had originated from Spain, Fabiola’s Latin and Spanish roots are reflected in many of her dishes.
