Veggie of the Month: Asparagus

Join Zach Goldman as we cook our way through the seasons! Every month, we will study new techniques and dishes featuring a star vegetable on the seasonal calendar. One of the earliest things you’ll find at the market in spring is asparagus! Together, we will make three dishes and sample them together. The class will be mostly hands-on, with a demonstration, and with an opportunity to hear from the class how you have enjoyed our star ingredient before. 

What to expect:

  • Class will include all instruction, tools, recipes, and ingredients.

  • Together we will cook (and eat) at least three dishes, utilizing whatever we get from the Fox and Bear CSA. 

  • Beer and wine will be available for purchase.

  • Let us know about any dietary restrictions you have.

  • Class is suitable for all levels of experience.
