October Fest starts on Saturday in Munich, why not celebrate early? Join us for a night of making sausage, learning all about fermenting some tasty sauerkraut, and learn how to make whole grain mustard that will knock your socks off (quite literally, this stuff is SPICY!).
Class will be led by Corey Pressman: chef, creative consultant, and storyteller extraordinaire.
What to expect:
Class will include all instruction, tools, recipes and ingredients.
Each student will enjoy some light nibbles, sparkling water, and a welcome glass of Alsatian wine or beer (additional beverages are available for purchase).
There will be some demo, and lots of time for hands-on cooking and making.
Class will end with generous samples of Choucroute Garnie (french sausages with sauerkraut), and each student will take home a batch of mustard.
