Everyone loves a brownie, but which kind is better, a cakey brownie or a fudgy brownie?? Bring your kids to this fun class with Chef Mason and explore the ways different ingredient ratios and mixing methods effect the final product. We’ll break into several groups and prepare a number of brownie batches and end our class with a tasting, comparing flavors and textures.
What to expect:
Registration fee includes all materials, ingredients, instruction and equipment.
Students will each take home some brownies at the end of class.
Kids ages 7+ are welcome to attend this class on their own, kids under 7 should have a parent present during class.
Ingredients for this class will include gluten and nuts, flour, sugar and butter.
