Join us for our May class where we’ll cover Jiaozi (Chinese dumplings, which have evolved to be potstickers, and in Japan gyoza, etc). These filled dough pockets are typically filled with pork and vegetables, and can be rather tricky to get the hang of. We’ll share all the tips to make sure your next dumpling making endeavor is a sucess!
