Baking with Kids: Crumbles, Cobblers and Crisps!

Join Chef Sara for a morning all about delicious fruit desserts. We’ll prepare a variety of cobblers, crisps and crumbles, and end our class with a tasting, comparing flavors and textures.
What to expect:
Registration fee includes all materials, ingredients, instruction and equipment.
Students will each take home some dessert at the end of class.
Kids ages 7+ are welcome to attend this class on their own. Kids under 7 can register with an adult.
Ingredients for this class will include gluten and nuts, flour, sugar and butter*.

About our instructor:
Sara Gray is a home cook and baker, parent, and Portland native. She’s always loved to bake, winning a 4-H grand prize at age 13 for quickbread at the Oregon State Fair. She loves cookbooks and co-hosts a podcast all about them calledCookbook Club.
*We will have a GLUTEN FREE option, please indicate in the notes if your child is GF (please note: we are not a dedicated gluten free kitchen, and other tables WILL be using wheat flour in their recipes. Feel free to call if you have any questions or concerns).
