Join Jimin Kim at our hands-on class to learn how to cook two delicious dishes made with kimchi —Kimchijjigae, a flavorful kimchi stew enriched with anchovies and tender pork, and Kimchi Gimbap rolls, perfectly seasoned and wrapped for a delightful bite. Our evening will end with everyone eating these traditional flavors of Korean cuisine.

What to expect:

  • Class will include all instruction, tools, recipes, and ingredients.

  • Everyone will eat (o take home) their creations.

  • Our dishes will include a variety of vegetables, pork, and anchovy. Please reach out BEFORE registering if you are unsure if this class will be a good match for your dietary needs.

  • Class is suitable for all levels of experience.

About our Instructor:

Jimin Kim is a native Korean who left Korea at a young age to find a global lifestyle and education. After having lived in U.K. and in U.S. for over 30+ years and having worked as a product designer in the corporate world for almost 20 years, she had a deep yearning to get to know her home country more intimately. So, she started Haruharu Studio in June, 2022 with big hopes of meeting inspirational Korean designers, artists and craftsmen whose work she now showcases to the world!
