Join Jimin Kim at our hands-on class to learn how to cook two delicious dishes made with kimchi —Kimchijjigae, a flavorful kimchi stew enriched with anchovies and tender pork, and Kimchi Gimbap rolls, perfectly seasoned and wrapped for a delightful bite. Our evening will end with everyone eating these traditional flavors of Korean cuisine.
What to expect:
Class will include all instruction, tools, recipes, and ingredients.
Everyone will eat (o take home) their creations.
Our dishes will include a variety of vegetables, pork, and anchovy. Please reach out BEFORE registering if you are unsure if this class will be a good match for your dietary needs.
