Chocolate chip cookies are a classic — but there are a million different recipes, integrating different flavors, textures and character to this All-American favorite. In this class we’ll be baking several different types of chocolate chip cookies and then tasting to compare notes on which cookies we like best.
What to expect:
Registration fee includes all materials, ingredients, instruction and equipment.
Students will each take home an assortment of cookies at the end of class.
Kids ages 7+ are welcome to attend this class.
Class will be nut free, but we will be using butter, sugar, eggs and tahini.

About our instructor:
Sara Gray is a home cook and baker, parent, and Portland native. She’s always loved to bake, winning a 4-H grand prize at age 13 for quickbread at the Oregon State Fair. She loves cookbooks and co-hosts a podcast all about them called Cookbook Club.
