Molly Stevens’ new cookbook, All About Dinner sets out to remind us that dinner can be simple, packed with flavor, and a whole lot of fun. It’s also designed to invigorate your everyday menus and build your kitchen know-how. In this combination demo/hands-on class, Molly will share some of her favorite recipes from the book along with tips on how to improvise and adapt her recipes and techniques to suit the season, your pantry, and your appetites.
Recipes in this class include:
Chard and Onion Tart with Two Cheeses
Cider-Braised Pork Ragout
Celery Salad with Candied Almonds
Ricotta Gnocchi with Fresh Herbs
Flourless Dark Chocolate Cookies
What to expect:
Each student will enjoy some light nibbles, sparkling water, and a welcome glass of wine, beer or water kefir upon arrival.
Demo and some hands-on cooking.
Class will include all instruction, tools, recipes and ingredients.

Molly Stevens is a cooking instructor, writer, and recipe developer. Her cookbooks include All About Dinner as well as the James Beard and IACP cookbook award winners All About Braising and All About Roasting. She has been named Cooking Teacher of the Year by both Bon Appétit and IACP. Her recipes and articles have appeared regularly in Bon Appétit, Fine Cooking, Eating Well, and other national publications. She lives near Burlington, Vermont.
