Your culinary camp instructors...
MEREDITH MORTENSEN - Trained at Le Cordon Bleu in London, England, I worked as a pastry chef for 9 years, both in London and across the US. After my first daughter was born, I began teaching at the International Culinary School at the Art Institute of Portland. As a Pastry Chef Instructor, I taught all levels of baking and pastry, and loved mentoring aspiring chefs and sharing my knowledge with students of all ages. Additionally, I’ve taught the Kid’s Cook in the Market series at the Portland Farmer’s market, developed a cooking curriculum for a day camp in Chicago, and love cooking with my 5 and 7 year old daughters at home!
