Baking with Kids: Dog Biscuits!
Do you have a pup in your life that would love some special treats? Is there a kiddo in your world that loves baking AND loves dogs?? Then this is the class you’ve been waiting for! Join Chef Meredith and the folks from One Tail at a Time (OTAT) dog rescue for a morning all about treats for dogs! We’ll make sweet potato biscuits dough, roll, cut and bake our treats, and everyone will go home with a special tin filled with their creations! There may even be some foster pups to meet after class.
What to expect:
Registration fee includes all materials, ingredients, instruction and equipment.
Students will each take home a a tin of dog treats at the end of class.
This workshop will be very family friendly, and is great for kids as young as 4. We ask that kids under 7 have an adult stay to assist.
Please note, this class is priced per person. Please purchase a spot for each person attending.
A portion of proceeds will be donated to OTAT.

About our instructor:
Meredith has called Portland home for the past 15 years, where she has been the pastry chef at Carafe Bistro, and Baking and Pastry Instructor at the International Culinary School at the Art Institute of Portland. Prior to moving to Portland, she worked her way across the US; from No. 9 Park and Flour Bakery in Boston; to The Home Ranch in Colorado; and Daniel Boulud Brasserie in Las Vegas. Meredith has an adorable 2 year old border collie mix who loves sweat potato treats and playing fetch.
