Basic Bread Kits include a plastic container for mixing and proofing your dough, a bowl scraper, a bench knife, and a Banneton (round, cotton lined bread proofing basket).
Please note: Local orders only, pick up at class. If you are giving the class and kit as a gift, and would like the kit in time for holiday giving, please send us a note with your order and we will arrange a pick up time.
