This summer, we’ll be taking a culinary journey to Southern Italy & Sicily and learn a few classic pasta dishes along the way. In July, Chef Leta will teach Trapanese Pesto, a perfect for summer dish that brings together Sicilian almonds, sweet cherry tomatoes, basil, and pecorino cheese.
What to expect:
Class will include all instruction, tools, recipes and ingredients.
Our dish will contain wheat flour, eggs, almonds, tomatoes and cheese. Please contact us before registering if you have an allergy or intolerance to these ingredients.
There will be some demo, and lots of time for hands-on pasta shaping.
Wine, beer and kombucha available for purchase.
Class will end with everyone enjoying the pasta and sauce they created.
