Scrap Supper is a Closed Loop Cooking dinner series showcasing plant-based recipes and low waste prep methods. We're partnering with Ojaswe for the Spring Edition of regeneratively focused pantry products, highlighting locally grown fare. A Jewish + South Indian inspired, 5 course tasting experience to connect you with the soil and elevate plant-based eating.

Menu as follows:

- crispy sea salt matzo with family style lemon hummus + tzimmes carrot achar (big mess quick pickles)

- spicy chilla pancake with herby carrot top chimichurri + spring greens

- savory onion, pea, + potato samosa hamantaschen with coconut chutney

- schmaltzy kala chana (black chickpea) curry with cumin + clove rice

- cardamom custard with pistachio + edible flowers served with a zested Haldi Doodh (golden latte)

- pomegranate + rosemary syrup spritzer to pair
