Join Chef Fabi as she teaches you to make her favorite pozolé rojo. This is a very traditional Mexican recipe made in many homes across Mexico! Accompanied by many toppings you'll get to chop, this stew is filled with chicken and hominy with a rich red sauce you'll make from scratch.
