Join Cookshop chefs and friends for a fun morning run one Saturday each month. We will lead a run with routes ranging from 3-6 miles, and follow the run up with coffee, snacks, stretching and a guest speaker. All paces and abilities welcome!
This month, we'll be joined by Natalie Bickford, personal chef, nutritional counselor and a part of the Run Fast, Eat Slow cookbook team! Natalie will be showing us how to make a few delicious, and healthy, post run snacks.
We'll also have raffle prizes from Territory Run Co. and coffee provided by our friends at Roseline Coffee.
Cookshop Run Club is a free event, but please RSVP so that we have enough snacks and coffee for everyone!
