This month, Matt Mount of Merit Badge will help us welcome summer with some wine based patio sips! We'll cover coolers, highballs, rickeys and their cousins. 

Cocktail classes will be conducted once a month by guest bartenders from Portland’s celebrated bar scene. This hands-on classes will teach students how to bartend like the pros, with seasonal inspiration. Light bites will be served to complement (and soak up) the drinks.
