Discovering France: Parisian Brunch!
Join us for a morning of French food and wine! Each month, we will be hosting a class and meal focusing on a different city, region, or country in the French speaking world. At each event, we’ll start with a hands-on class where you’ll learn a traditional recipe from the area. Then, we’ll all sit down and enjoy a three course meal, served family style. There will be an option to include wine with your meal, and additional bottles will be available for purchase. A portion of each ticket will go towards supporting students at a local, French Immersion school.

Café au Lait, Rosé and bubbles
What to expect:
Hands-on class* will include instruction, tools, recipes and ingredients.
There will be some demo, and some hands-on cooking.
Most of the morning will be spent around the table with a buffet style meal prepared by our chef instructor.
Our meal includes pork and gluten and dairy, and isn’t ideal for vegetarians or gluten free folks. Please contact us BEFORE registering if you have questions regarding this.
Coffee is included in price, with wine available for purchase by the glass, and by the bottle to take home.
